We kept seeing the same failure.
Owners of good businesses hitting a ceiling that had nothing to do with sales or effort. Tools bought, freelancers hired, automations bolted on top of processes nobody had ever mapped. The result was always the same: more software, same chaos.
So we built the opposite. Every engagement starts with a full operational analysis and ends with one connected system your team actually runs. The consulting and the build come from the same people, which is why nothing gets lost between the two.

I lived the problem before I solved it.
Before Automagency, I joined a scaling booking platform in the Netherlands and grew into the COO role organically. The business had no operational systems: manual work everywhere, unclear data, and processes that lived in people’s heads.
We couldn’t find anyone who understood the operations of our business and also had the technical skills to build the systems. I ended up doing it myself. I built the systems from the ground up and ran every non-technical department while replacing the chaos with structure.
Building this without prior technical experience took months of trial and error. When I eventually left the company, the only logical step was to solve the same problem for others, with every lesson from that period.
Operations first, technology second. We build software, but we start with a complete operational understanding of every business we help.
